GPT- Why All The Spam?

I like ptc, surveys, mylot and gpt sites to make money but with the gpt why do you think the offers you do spam your email that you use when you do the offer? I always wondered about that. Does anyone actually read the spam and think that they have really won a $500 giftcard from Walmart for doing absolutely nothing but receive the email? LOL Who sends the spam and why? Is it just that the offer admin gets you name and info and sells it to someone else and so on? I think that is what happens with regular mail. Your name gets sold to hundreds of places for a lot of money. Your thoughts? Sincerely in Christ, Leesa C. Eph.2:8,9

Well, GPT offers aren't really too profitable for the originating companies if the people doing the offers don't ever sign up for anything. To me it makes sense that they would also sell the email addresses they harvest as well -- in fact, that's pretty much what they all admit to doing in their privacy policies. People DO read spam from time to time...it's a tiny proportion of people who do, but even a response rate below 1% can be profitable if the spammers mail to thousands or millions of email addresses.

on gpt sites my daughter says she uses a brand new email for each offer she does - it's okay its not against any rules to do so. it also helps the offers approve much more she says. that way it's an email you'll never see again, it's not a temporary "disposable" email, like those that self-destruct within 5 minutes, but those from yahoo that she goes into so she can confirm the offer if the offer needs to be confirmed. a lot of her offers have gotten approved this way...and again it's not against any rules...i hope i got this right.i'm only listening to what she's telling me lol.
