What about you? Do you play badminton?

Hi, Checkmail. I like to play badminton. I usually play with my friends. Sometimes I could play very well sometime I play very bad. I need to practice to enhance my skill. My smash is not sharp enough. Is hard to play in front the net, difficult for me to trap opponent. However, I would try my best to play well. Have a nice day.

I used to play badminton also but I lose my interest anymore. I'm not good in playing badminton and I easily gets tired. I don't have endurance so I think badminton is not for me.

Hello ck3259, this is good to know that you are still playing and practicing badminton, win and lose is an effect of any game.If you practice more, you will achieve sucess, but do follow the regular techniques. And to add up some, try some court smash, they are easy to play.Even try out practicing in front of net close to it, flex more, you won't find it difficult anymore.Enjoy your badminton, wish you luck, happy mylotting.

I love badminton too, but my smashes are never really threatening. In fact they seem to be more like drives. I'm kind of short. Is that why? Would being taller give me a better angle?

I do love this game, and I used to play a lot in my childhood in my hometown. But ever since I moved to the big city, there were nobody playing this sport and I missed it a lot. I was surprised to see that many people didn't even have rackets at their home. But in my hometown, everybody had one, and we had enough space in front of our homes to construct courts and play in the winter time. It would be cold, but would never snow. We also used to play in the club. It was a nice indoor court. It would be converted into a movie hall, on weekends and rest of the week it would be a badminton court. So it was a convertible hall. I used to regularly visit the club and play with my friends. But in the city we don't have such easy options of playing this game.

We treat the fence as the 'net' and our compound will be mark as the court. It's a good game actually, and it will be a nice sweating game too!

YES...earlier i used to play too...and the madness was to so much extent that we used to play whenever and wherever possible...we have also played in street lights...i remember the days when in vacation we used to play it day and night and many of our shuttle corks used to fell in drains also........when the park near our house used to get closed..(it was not well developed..was just equivalent to ground)...at night we used to play on roads also..though the road was not main road in front of our house...still we used to disturb many Rajdoots carrying milk ......we never feared for our body parts...instead they had to fear that their milk may fall...so it was much more than playing badminton ...good discussion..but want to tell u one thing...u dont need to be so formal while writing discussion that.."this is checkmail and am staring an discussion on Badminton".....u can be informal here with your friends...ok

If you miss it so much start a game up with your friends. It sounds like you had a lot of fun back then. Have a great day! Purrs, Catwoman=^..^= & Mija

I think I miss that to play together with my sister, I play with professionals and there play different as the other did, they focus on how to score and there is a net. You don't need force to score but the ability to put the shuttlecock to their floors.
