For you what are the right compositions of discussion which you can call good discussion???? cause some here in mylot just post and post but end up with little or no respondents?! can you get many respondents if you can discuss your topic well?? or if your topic is interesting?

I don't know if a discussion needs to be lengthy, but certainly responses need to be of a specific length before they can be considered 'quality'. For instance you cannot simply answer 'yes' or 'no' to a discussion if you want to get paid for the response. The way to get more respondents is to have a lot of friends so that your discussion will appear on their homepage when they log on, and also to make the discussion junp out the page at people by saying something funny or surprising. you are far likeky to get a response if you use those tactics.. Having said that I am not particularly good at getting responses as I prefer to be a responder, than a discussion-starter. Today is a good day to have a go though as there are loads of people looking for discussions to answer!!

IMO A good discussion includes: -A topic -An introduction -Images -Greetings/Salutation -In-Depth description -Good English -Fitting category -Tags -Something to talk about -Paragraphs -No use of slang -Good use of metaphors -Respects and obeys the rules and guidelines.

wow that's too many hehehe! yeah having a good topic can make a good discussion, and little images, just life a letter with salutation, very formal. some here in mylot don't know how to use metaphors even I, but well said, I hope I could follow those steps to get more responses. Merry Christmas! and a prosperous new year.

Hi Zaphan, in my opinion, there is no need to demand every discussion or response long . if one can express his ideas, just one word is useful. i always response my interesting topics and give my ideas! meryy Christmas to you .best wishes for your family!

i think its sticking to the question itself. answer the question in not more than 5 sentences. make those 5 sentences most valuable, make them brim with information. dont go beyond the topic (even if mylot asks u to be as descriptive as possible). overall, keep a goal..i keep a goal of 50 cents at least everyday
