i am seeing an ad daily. it says if we take a special tea for some months, it would decrease our weight. dont want to mention the brand name. my dad says if a tea really does it so then it can be harmful to our health as it would disturb some of routine functionalites of our body. is it really true if there any possibility a tea would alone decrease our weight?

Tea as well as coffee is claimed to boost your metabolism, however you should drink it in moderation. But when it comes to weigh-loss, I would definitely recommend green tea, it is unbelievably healthy, increases metabolism and detoxify your body.

I believe sugarless tea can help one to reduce body weight. My mom has tried that and she drink plain ordinary tea after each meal. She shed some weight.

Raw tea, that is,tea without sugar and milk.Certainly, increases our metabolic rate and as a result it also helps us in reducing some extra pounds.Tea is also a good stimulant, thats why many say that it is bad for our health..But raw tea works more faster in reducing weight if taken in empty stomach early in the morning, before exercise.
