What is Peppermint schnapps good with?

Besides hot chocolate? I need some ideas. I bought a bottle a few days ago but haven't touched it yet. I'm wondering what you think it's good mixed with (as I certainly won't drink it straight up.) Are there any yummy mixed drinks (besides mixing it with hot cocoa?) that you know of?
