Our new year's eve menu

Right now I am still planning in my head which food to buy and which food to cook. I have decided to just order Paella, noodles and grilled fish from a reputable restaurant and just prepare the other foods by myself. Here's what I am planning to prepare for December 31 12:00 midnight dinner: Paella, Noodles, Grilled Fish, Cake, Beef Stew, Fruit Salad and Leche Flan. The last three food I will just have to prepare it since it is just easy. What will be your menu on new year's eve?

Your menu sounds delicious! I usually just make several dips with 5 kinds of chips or so, and some shrimp cocktail, several kinds of cheese, meatballs in the crockpot made with cranberry/cocktail sauce, I like to make spinach/cheese dip and will probably make some hot wings with bleu cheese and ranch dipping sauces. I don't make full meals for New Year's eve, mostly because people are pretty wound up and are having a good time drinking, so a heavy meal only drags people down.
