Do you like Indian food?

My friend and I had lunch today at an Indian restaurant called "Queen's at Bollywood." The ambience is great and I love the food. We had naan, which is Indian bread with garlic and shrimp papadum. We also had rice and chicken on peppered gravy. How about you, do you like Indian food? What other Indian dishes do you recommend?

i love indian foods! i love the rich flavors and the spiciness...i can't eat without spicy foods! the rich in garlic and gingers flavors made me addicted to indian foods! but i ate so spicy that it ruined my stomach, i was temporary banned from spicy foods by my doctor after a stomach operation! that is sad!

Too bad about your stomach. Well, I had the dishes done medium instead of spicy. I can't tolerate too much spice. What are the name of the Indian dishes that you like? I would like to come back to the Indian restaurant that we tried and taste other dishes. :) Thanks for the response.

mutton korma curry is my first choice, i also like it in dry...depending on the flavor of the curry powder or the masala...i prefer the one my neighbor made with more garlic! so nice with the poori bread! and curry chicken cooked together with skin..not healthy..but good!

This year, at the convicing of some friends, I tried buttered chicken with naan bread. I was surprised that I liked it. I am a picky eater, so there are only a few that I will try, and even fewer that I will like.
But this buttered chicken is a good start.

You are so lucky to have an Indian restaruant there, but we don't have one yet. I wish we would have one in the future because I love Indian culture, especially Indian movies with so much music. So I guess that you might also hear Indian music in the Indian restaurant. Have a good day, arystine.

hi.. im from India too..and i love indian spices. no one mentioned biryani.. its a rice preparation which is very famous here in india.. a must try for anybody visiting india.. Theres chicken biryani,mutton biryani or a vegetarian biryani for the veggies.. its not a very spicy dish for those who are sensitive to spices.. an authentic indian dish.
