What is your most Embarassing Experience?

I guess embarassing experience/s that we made in the past are the things we wanted to buried. Saying goes when I'm right nobody remember, when I'm wrong nobody forget. People dont forget embarassing moments commited by others and they often make jokes when they remember it.
So what's your most embarassing experience? Do people who saw it still remember you and make a laughing stalk out of it? Feel free to share it.

I think my most embarrassing experience was when my husband and I first started dating. We were trying to get ready in a hurry to go somewhere and he was in the bathtub. I needed to wash my hair in the tub but he was in it so I leaned over the tub to wash my hair and fell head first in it LOL.
