I loved all six movies also. The original trilogy (New Hope, Empire Strikes Back and Return of Jedi) are my favorites. But out of all six, I would have to say the Empire Strikes Back because the story lines that develop from there, Leia and Han, Luke and Darth Vader. I remember being so shocked when it was discovered that Darth Vader was Luke's father. Yoda training Luke. You didn't mention which movie was your favorite?

^ that's because Gorge Lucas and his team re-edited that scene for the 'Special Edition' dvd and replaced the original ghost of Vadar/Anakin Skywalker with Hayden Christenson - after making the prequal trilogy (1-3).

Thanks for the reply. I did enjoy the original trilogy better than the Later trilogy. I did like The Empire Strikes Back. It was amazing how the Yoda (puppet) can move around and show facial expressions. I was also amazed when I saw young Anakin at the end of Return of the Jedi and how he closely resembled Hayden Christenson in Episode Three: Revenge of the Sith.

Definitely a toss-up between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Empire is darker and more mature, but Jedi gets major kudos just for every scene in Jabba's palace. I love puppets, what can I say? As far as I'm concerned the prequels don't exist.

Thanks for the reply. I have watched the Prequel trilogy first. I thought they were just okay with all those CGI stuff. But I have watched the digitally remastered original trilogy. I say that I liked the Original trilogy of Episodes 4 to 6. The story was better and I liked the claymation and the puppets.

Star Wars in by far my favorite anthology series of all time. All 6 movies are good, but if I had to pick my favorite it would be a hand down no contest. The all time best Star Wars movie was Return of the Jedi.

I agree With Ravenblade, All starwars movies are better than most Scifi movies but the original three ( new hope, empire srikes back, return of the jedi) have a way better story line that gets the audience more involved with the characters...I think it is mostly has to do with less computer graphics = more time developing the story.

I guess once again I must go against the grain.... Okay so I loved all six movies but before I tell you guys my choice I must explain why. First of all I freak'n love Master Yoda, everything from his calm demeanor, his wisdom, and how he always knows what to do. So in 4-6 he really didn't do much but advise, and observe. But I remember my facial expression when I first saw Yoda unsheath his lightsaber when fighting Count Dooku. So to sum everything up... I know you guys are gonna hate me, and probably going to flame me for this but...I love SW but I love Yoda even more... Episode 3!
