In India, the traditional milk based tea consumed is great for a warm refreshment. Our heart gets cold in the winter season and we desire for more warm refreshments. But it leaves your heavy and full of fatty milk solids. However this lemon tea provides the punch without the flab. As lemon tea helps in reducing blood pressure and cholesterol, it plays an important role in maintaining the health of one's heart.

I just read on Dr Mercola's site that milk in tea binds the antioxidants so that it's less healthy to drink that way. I don't understand all of how it works, but it made sense. Lemon has antioxidants itself, as well as Vitamin C, so it has to be good for you!
