That would depend on why you have problems with maintaining the charge I suppose? If it is really bad, get a new battery or a new cellphone. And make sure your charger works as it should, if it doesn't get a new one. If it is really cold, keep your cellphone in a pocket that's warm, maybe inside your jacket if you have pockets there. Batteries don't like cold weather so it might stop working while your out although it was fully charged when you went out.
