I know it sounds like uh? But pushing the vacuum back and forth forces you to repeatedly tighten and release the muscles in your midsection just the way sit-ups do! Plus, the weight of the vacuum creates resistance that make your muscles work even harder. To get good results vacuum for at least 30 minutes, twice weekly! I was skeptical at first but i've lost 2 inches off my waist by adding it into my exercise routine! Vacuuming who would have thought huh?

I think I would like to see some kind of journal or something for this. I really don't think you can vacuum to lose weight. Then again, you could get a lot more people to clean, by suggesting they try this out.

You could see if cleaning ladies look skinny, and that would tell you. You could burn calories doing household activities.

Of course you can't lose weight by just vacuuming!! I'm suggesting you add it into your routine to switch it up and not get bored doing the same ole same ole!

I guess my vacuum just doesn't weigh enough. I actually have some good muscle around my midsection. The problem is, it's so covered up by fat no one is ever going to see it.
