the best recipe you've done with mango

Mango is my favorite fruit.It's even my favorite ice cream flavor.I'm fond of experimenting with mango as my main ingredient.Mango float with broas instead of graham crackers,mango cheesecake,mango salad,mango bars, mango shake.can you share to me your mango recipes.Thanks guys

I have lots of mangoes last season. I do not know how to utilize the ripe mangoes except to slice them up eat as dessert or I made mango juice. I wish to learn how to utilize the excess mangoes that I will be having again in the next season.
