Problem versus Reaction? What’s the difference?

Problems occur everyday but do you know we are the one who helps to make it more deeper. We are the ones who make it big when we know it is just small. I give you some example. When someone stepped on your foot, when we feel hurt instead of tell the person we are hurt in a right manner, we sometimes approached them angrily. What if that person did not mean to hurt you, her or his response will be depending on your approached to him or her. He or she can answer your accusation in a rude way or he or she will be angry too. When he or she answer in a manner you can’t accept you will answer back angrily and he or she will answer you back too that leads to a big argument. If the argument is through, you will go on and leave that person. Your mood will be bad whenever you remember that rude person. It can affect your job performance and even your decision for a day. What is the difference if we change our reaction. Let’s see. Someone stepped on your foot, you acknowledge her or him of what he or she done in a nice way. She or he looked back seeing your foot, they will feel ashamed and said sorry. The end. See the difference? Do you believe that our reaction can make our problems more deep? What is your view?

i am not easily mad as i see to it if the man apologize then it is not intentional and if he is very rude if he never apologize. if the events change then i would forgive him . yeah, reactions varies depending on the treatment.
