I desperately need some new ideas

My favorite pasta dish is pretty simple It involves Egg noodles and Campbells Cream of chicken soup (the one with herbs has a much more interesting flavor) I will sometimes add a can of chicken to it as well for a little more protein. put noodles in a bowl or on a plate add the soup and there you have.. I enjoy it this way. Nice and simple.. and quick! But of course there are many ways to change it around and experiment. I have also made a casserole out of it just adding some cheese and layering it.

Pappardelle con Broccoli 1 lb pappardelle pasta (or flat noodle) 4 oz bacon, 1/2 inch pieces or smaller 2 large zucchinis diced reserved pasta water 3/4 c Parmigiano-Reggiano salt & pepper to taste Cook pasta and drain (reserve at least 1 cup pasta water). In large saute pan, cook bacon until crispy. Add zucchini, cook until soft. Add pasta, water and Parm. A delicious version of a meal I enjoyed in Venice at a frequent haunt of the gondoliers!
