Horror movies are just too trivial nowadays. Well, most of them are. But there is an era in the horror movie's history called VINCENT PRICE. House of Wax, The Raven, The Last Man on Earth and many many others . . . Classics in the industry! Which is your favorite Vincent Price movie? In which movie you saw Vincent Price for the first time? Do you like his acting? In my opinion, The Pit and the Pendulum is great movie. It's based on Edgar Allan Poe's short story. Edward Scissorhands is not bad too. What about you ?

I recently watched "The Tingler" again when it came on the old movie channel. It scared the life out of me when I saw it first--it came out in 1959 when I was only 5 and I think I was around 10 when I saw it. As an adult, I wonder why I was so frightened! Still, a really good movie! I like his Dr. Phibes movies and also his early roles in movies like "Laura". I got to see a few episodes of his cooking show years ago, too. He was quite the gourmet chef and loved fine art. I always had a crush on him.

Dr. Phibes, yes! I love it too! I wonder too why I was frightened that big :) I think when you see such things as horror movies for the first time it scares. But when you watch more and more . . . It's not that scary anymore :) You know the tricks already. But I still get scared of horrors sometimes . . . There are still surprises!
