How Much Is Enough For You?

There was a time when I said that having a regular mobile phone that can send sms and make calls is enough for me. When I got that phone, I wanted something that can take photos too and that would be enough for me. So I got camera phone as well, but video calling came out and I wanted something that can do that too. And it goes on and on... My definition of "enough" changed whenever I got enough. I wanted more. Sometimes I wonder if I can reach the point when enough is really enough. How about you? How much is enough for you?

That's part of being human. Never getting satisfied of what you already have. The grass is always greener on the other side. My example is my car. At first, I just wanted to get a car that would bring me from A to B. I saved up for the car, but when it was time to get a used one, i decided to delay so I could get a new one. I bought a new one with just standard features. Now, I hate my car for not having power windows. So, I bought a van with power everything. Now, I hate it for not having built in DVD players. And so on and on...

Hi! For me enough is when I get so much as I want and nothing more.

The first cell phone that I had was a very simple phone. I was able to call people and able to answer the phone when other people called me, but that was it. I couldn't send text messages or anything like that. I didn't care, I just loved the fact that I would bring my phone when I went out, because it became much easier to stay in touch with friends and my family. After a while I wanted a phone where I was able to send text messages, and I got a new phone. I was able to send text messages but there was no dictionary and it took me a lot of time to write a message, but I didn't care, I was just happy that I was finally able to send text messages. Then I got a phone with a dictionary, and other things that I wasn't used to like many ringtones, games etc. I loved my phone, I didn't have a camera or a video camera like my friends, but I didn't care. After a while I changed my mind and I thought that it would be nice to have a camera, and then I got a phone with a camera, and I loved my new phone. Then I wanted a phone with a better camera, a radio etc. Hmm, I wonder when enough is really enough
