Why dop some people like to take risk by planning "longshot"payoffs while,on the other hand ,taking the opposite tack by buying insurence to reduce risks? a team of economist and molecular genetics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and two Asian Universities say the answer can be found in our genetic makeup..

I never buy insurance whether it is when I am playing a card game or if it is insurance for some obscure off the wall thing that we see occur in our lives. I don't know if it is my genetic makeup that makes me that way though because both of my parents were always over insured with everything in their lives. I think for me the reason that I do things the way that I do is because of the way that the economy has been since I've been an adult.
