So I have got to know, Pepsi or Coke....or Tea. I pretty much ask this question every where I go because I am curious. I am a hardcore Pepsi drinker, I figure I would probably lose a some weight if I would stop drinking soda, but I drink about 3 litres or so a day, but it is very odd I really like fountain Coke, go figure. So what about you guys. Coke? Pepsi? Tea? Water? Fruit Juice?

Definitly coke, with all the sugar and caffeine. I tried one of those de-caffeinated, sugar free version when I was in the US, and it was quite depressive really. If I'm thirsty, I drink water and sometime fruit juice with water or sparkling water with lemon or lime. And I like a cup of tea every now and then, but I never drink coffee. I just can't stand the taste, it's horrible! My father thought I'd start with 30, because he did, but now that's too late.

Yeah my mum drinks tons of coffee but me I don't like it, except those flavored iced coffees from Starbucks, I like those ok but they are hardly even coffee anymore by the time they are done adding stuff to it.

yeah that would suck. I think they should at the very least have water, and maybe even some kind of juice.

It's bit weird that some people think you drink a lot of milk if you drink a couple of glasses each day, and at the same time they drink 6-7 cups of coffee themselves but they don't think that's a lot. I'm always annoyed at meetings where you only get coffee. No tea, not even water, just coffee.

OMG you have to stop drinking so much soda. I don't know if you are overweight but you will lose alot of weight if you get rid of that one bad habit. That is the first thing trainers will tell you cut out the soda. Its just not good for you. Don't get me wrong back years ago I would love an occassional glass of pepsi but I realized it wasn't good for you. Especially when I learned that if you poured it on your car it would eat the paint away. Then I thought OMG what can that be doing to my insides. That is when I never drank it again. I drink mostly hot tea, green tea and sun tea. On occasion I will drink promegrante or grapefruit juice but that is it. Soda does not pass my lips ever.

Oh yeah I know what you are talking about I have done those expieriments myself, dissolving a penny in a glass of coke. It is pretty cool actually. I am not overweight really, 6 foot tall and about 185lbs. I work out some and jog quite a bit which probably helps a lot with the extra calories. I would most likely be very very fit if I didn't drink so much soda but I guess people need a vice and I don't drink booze (well occasionally but I mean like once a year) I quit smoking and all I have left is the soda I guess. Gratz though on quitting drinking soda, it is a good thing to accomplish.

Wow! you drink 3liters of soda a day? Hope you still don't have an ulcer and not acidic. Well, my answer would be Pepsi if I will choose from the three But I'm drinking all of them, it depends on my mood. My family Loves Pepsi instead of coke.

Actually I am a little acidic but there is a little more to it. I have a condition with my metabolism that cause me to process liquid approximately 7 times faster than average, which means that I have to consume about 7 times as much liquid than the average person. It is kinda weird and according to the doc pretty rare but not harmful if I do what I am supposed to. So I drink about 3 liters of soda, a gallon of natural spring water ( actually from a local spring not a store, it is a slightly alkaline water and helps counteract all the acid from the soda.) and usually about half a gallon of some sort of fruit juice. I actually have a really good diet outside of the soda and occasionally eating at some restaurant where I always seem to eat way to much. Anyhow go Pepsi :)

Hi. I used to be addicted to coke big time. But I made a decision to stop drinking it purely 'cause I was overdoing it. Sorry ... but I've never acquired a taste for pepsi and I'll only drink tea if I'm feeling a little unwell. I purchased a bottle of coke around christmas time just because and even though I drank it all it was SO sweet.

Well I like Coke more but I try to limit my consumption to 1.5l per week cos I don't wanna gain any more weight and for health reasons.
