Growth and innovation of products

A key to future innovation and growth will be understanding customer better. Customer is the number one critique of a product. We should let them comment on the product so that we will know what would be the repairs and additional improvement that we could make on the product. Growth and innovation is a process that the organization must continue untill their customers are satisfied or even delighted. It is also a way of learning different technical skills for the employees and the management. Innovations means that knowledge and skills are functioning. So the continuous development of production leads to a better future.

hi reginadeanleague you must not have read the guidelines, the rules and the questions and answers as this post about selling and products etc. is against the rule. mylot admins considers this type of discussion as a sort of spam, trying to get sales for some product. dont do it. it will get deleted trust me.
