Online W2's?

Does anyone's job offer online W2's? I'm just curious about this because I was reading on the Macy's job website (I got a job at Macy's a few months ago..) and they offer online W2's. I'm just wondering.. how this works. Will they send me it via email? And I print it out? So, here's my question(s) for you: can YOU receive your tax W2 ONLINE? Is this a crazy concept, or is it just me?
