How do you promote your sites?

I use easyhits and it's effective because you have to view the site for 15-20 seconds so someone else has to do the same. I get most of my referrals from the site you just have to make your ref page interesting. Check it out

I use social media to promote my site. they are very effective like twitter, facebook, myspace, even mylot is also good. you can place your website link on your profile page. when you respond a discussion or start a discussion , member will automatically visit your profile. Other way is facebook promotion. post your website in relevant groups. but don't spam where every you are posting, take care of that. Otherwise result may be reverse.

There are actually many ways to promote your site. What I find which is the most effective would be Social bookmarking. Then followed by traffic submission websites. I personally use GetRef to get referrals for my sites. This is very effective based on the description you provide for the site. I have gotten many referrals from that site. I came to myLot because someone referred me from GetRef. I highly recommend them and I have listed them in my profile.
