I am feeling really annoyed right now and I want to divert my attention into something else but I'm just so annoyed and frustrated. Please help, what do you do to keep yourself COMPLETELY preoccupied??

Maybe I will watch a film, which is I really want to. Sometimes I will walk out for a while by myself. Sometimes I will browser the news via yahoo.com. Sometimes, I will comment on mylot. And also, we can other things like mop the floor, do the laundrys, take a shower, chat with old friends. There are thousands of things we can do, we can do learning, we can have fun, we can call old friends.

Oh dear, everyone is different. Why not try something new? Something you have never done before? Like painting, making your own canvas, sketching, going out for a walk. There are thousand things you can do to make you feel better, try dancing, doing some exercise, put some music on and shake it away!!! Punch a pillow... Ummm, try to bite your elbow...

Listen to music or watch a movie - it should work for a little while! Or give yourself an assignment: run errands, write a story, call a friend, etc. It could help. Good luck!

Hello hannanable78, I have been through this myself too. What I normally do is to find something manual to do - jogging, swimming, mop the floor, wipe the walls, tidy up my storage room, etc. Just keep my myself busy. I am always surprised at the amount of work or exercise I do whenever I am angry and need to vent it out.
