My account has change into limited access because of third party access.. But i don't know how this happened.. I can't send money to any one.. But i can recieve money.. Is this solubale problem or not . Any one here had like this problem .. Please give me an idea..

You can contact to the customer support for your problem. You can call them or email them.

The only way you are going to resolve it is by talking to PayPal about it. If they have sent you a message saying that they have limited your account because they suspect that it has been accessed by someone other than you, then you need to sort that out straight away by emailing them or calling them. The very first thing you should do is to change your password. Then you should contact PayPal Support, tell them exactly what you know about any 'third party' access or if you have no idea, then say that, to the best of your knowledge (and be absolutely truthful), you have always logged out when using a public computer and have never shared your password with anyone or given them access to your account. Tell them that you have changed your password and ask them to review your account status.

I once had a similar problem. The limited my account just like your and asked me to send them certain documents. Something like payment proofs and things like that.. I can't really remember what it was but I couldn't send them those documents because I didn't have them in the first place. They were basically asking for papers that I didn't know even existed. So contacted them and told them that I won't be able to provide this information because I don't have it. One month and a few messages later I had my account restored back to normal. So basically my suggestion: Contact their customer service or whatever its called. Let them know your problem. I'm sure that they will be able to help you. :) (hope this helps)

yes, I do have and you must linked your credit/debit card to get it verify also you must send them proof of address under your name. Better you contact the PayPal to know what cause your account limited.

Check resolution center to seen what they need. Upload the files and filling the tables. Also contact Paypal through email or phone to ask what happened and what effort is needed to solve the problem, that will help the problem solved soon. Talk through phone is a more quicker way, email may need 1 day to get respond.
