Many of us travelled a lot. It may be an official trip or a personal one. We may have funny experiences in these travels. I remember one of such experience here. In 2003 December, I was on a Christmas Holiday Trip to Kerala. As usual, I reserved the ticket for my family well in Advance. I, my wife and two daughters reached in the Railway Station well in Advance and they announced the Platform from where the train departing. We reached and waited in the Platform. The train is originating from the same station and train not reached in the platform even after one hour of the departure time. When it came after two hours delay most of the passengers found their compartments and they boarded and settled. Out Compartment No. S7 was not there. We, 75 passengers, had no compartments in the train. We approached the Railway authorities, they came and checked and finally they added one compartment. The funny thing is that, the man who pasting the charts in the compartments had our chart and he was also searching the compartment. He gone with the Chart without informing the authorities as he thought that the chart was an extra printout by mistake. Anyone of you have such expereince in the travelling

Yes, I remember one time when I took the small ferry boat and the weather was not good. When on board I noticed that the small boat was extraordinarily movable, so I got myself a life jacket, wore it and I found people staring at me and laughing because they said it was just a normal occurrence. I did not mind them at all. I just wore the life jacket in spite of what they said. Fortunately, I arrived at my destination safely.

I still remember the first time we went to Hongkong. Me and my mom went with her friends. We arrived late afternoon and most of us are really hungry. On our way to our first itinerary, our tour guide suggested a place to eat so we went there. They first served a warm tea. Some of us started to drink the tea and complained that the taste is so bland. I even took a sip to try it. Then the food arrived and we all ate. When we are waiting for the bill, one of us notice that the other diners (Chinese) are placing the spoon and fork in the warm tea. That's the time we've realized that we aren't supposed to drink the tea but instead it is use to sterilize the spoon and fork ... LOL ... =)

I was traveling on a train at night in Europe. I thought that train was going to Prague but others told me it was going to Vienna. Some people also thought it was going to Prague. I got off at the station some of the people said. I was lucky it was the right thing to do. I was on a bus in Samoa and it got full so people sat anywhere they could. Someone sat on my backpack. When I got to my destination I had orange juice dripping down my backpack. It was really funny. I had been traveling in Romania and my train was late running. In a couple of minutes I managed to buy a train ticket to Bulgaria and reach my train in that amount of time. Wow!

Once at night my friend and I are traveling in a bus.At some stop I got down for toilet.the bus left the left without me.My friends didn't notice it.I called them and told them what happened.By that time the bus traveled more than 10 kilometers. It came back for me.In spite of scolding me for not telling them that I got down they are scolding driver for not checking.

It wasn't funny when we were standing there, but when I went to Shetland with a friend some years ago we had luggage troubles all the time. In Oslo they had to call for us, as we had only 40 minutes between the planes. We made it, but our luggage didn't and since the next direct flight was next thursday (this was sunday) we were a bit worried. The luggage came the same evening, but then when we travelled on to Orkney, we came there but couldn't find my friends rucksack. Turned out they had planned to send it on to Aberdeen! Then when we travelled between the islands on Orkney, and our plastic bagged got luggage tags. Very cute. When we were going back they put the luggage labels on the wrong rucksack so my friend had to explain why I had 14 batteries and a thermos in my rucksack :-) I don't know what they thought I would do with them on the plane.
