Phantom Of the Opera - Erik or Raoul?

Hi there,
I guess everyone knows about the Musical Play "Phantom of the Opera". I really love this musical play and it is only the musical play that I watched for a countless times.
I was just curious about your ideas, Christine is really lovely especially her voice that both Erik (the Phantom) and Raoul (her childhood friend and love interest) love her so much. So who do like best for between Erik and Raoul?... I like Erik the Phantom, I was so touch with his undying love for Christine.

One of the best musical in the world. I like the first scene the most (Prologue/Overture). Personally I want Erik to get Christine.
Actually in my opinion, Christine love both Erik and Raoul, she kissed Erik in order to free Raoul (final scene). If she did not like Erik, she will not do that.

yeah right, I also like Erik to get Christine. I think Erik should be given enough time to let Christine see the good side of him. I felt so sad about Erik's life story and I understand him for being so moody sometimes due to his life's experienced. Erik loves Christine unconditionally, and Raoul will not noticed Christine if Erik did not do something to make Christine the main cast of the Opera.

Yes Erik did show an undying love for Christine but he scared her out of her wits
If only they have given Erik much time to be with Christine without so much interruption and fear then I would say Christine would have known him better and understand him more.
I love the songs there specially the duet "All I ask of you" and the "Music of the Night"

...and that's what I also think. If only they given Erik a chance and time to show the good side of him then Christine could probably like him more than Raoul.

hi krystal oh the phantom and that song oh that song it mademe cry it was so beautiful a nd you know that was unconditional love, this was a great wonderful play and the music was just
out of this world, so touching so moving, yes I cou ld watch
it over too, and along with Cats the music stuck with me forever after I saw Phantom and Cats too. Memories from Cats stuck in'my very soul, and All I ask of You from Phantom. would love to see this over again.

Really love this musical play too. I think I'll never get tired nor be bored of watching it over and over again. I love the lovely voice of Christine. I like Erik the phantom more than Raoul. Well that is my personal choice. How bout you?...

I like the Phantom as well but sometimes the pathetic one is not who the young girl goes with. She may feel sorry for him and show him a kind of love but the love she will show and the man she will want in her life for forever may be a completely different one. It depends on alot of things.

Erik is a little too evil for me and I can't see myself down in those dank catacombs either. Raoul is a little too "prince charming" for me though. Does he have a brother?

This musical is just great! I love the duet song between the phantom and Christine - wonderful song . . . It sleep he sang to me, in dream he came . . . I can never stop listening this song! I also wish I'll perform it on stage one day! Now I work on a cover version, but I need good female singer and this is what's stopping me now. But when I find her, I'll make it for sure :)
