How to request payout in mypage5?

I have made some money in mypage5. But I can't find any payout button in that site. How can I request payout into that site? Please help me.

I have reached the minimum payout but they are not paying me. I registered under Bangladesh but and paypal is not supported here. But I have a paypal account. I think they are not giving me because they are thinking that I don't have a paypal. Right?

If PayPal is not supported in Bangladesh, how do you have a PayPal account? I notice from another discussion that you started that you are also having problems with PayPal, probably for the same reasons.
