What is the best traffic site?

Are you using traffic sites to promote your sites? can you suggest the best site to join to? is it effective? i want to promote some of sites. i want to join to free site, have encountered viruses?

I think one of the most effective way to get traffic is social bookmarking and URL submissions. I have heard a great deal on adgitize, but I am not sure about what is it and how it works.

Look, I'm not going to get my downline here, so you can at least trust this information. My favorite TEs are easyhits4u, hit2hit, acidhits(*), and gradeatraffic.
Here are my description:
Easyhits4u: WOW (You can make $0.3/1000 sites), but more importantly, it has tremendous visitors.
Hit2HIt: Very recommended if you want to promote using banners or textlinks.
Acidhits: Not very great, but you can make $1/1000 sites! BUT..You have to upgrade for at least $0.99/month (please note that the payout is $30). Paypal Verified.
Gradeatraffic: Pretty impressive, you'll a lottery/bonus every 100 pages surfed.
P.S: What others say: "Traffic Swarm is the best." But not me...(although I have to admit that it's good).

What you can do is you can try Entrecard and Adgitize. Those are effective in driving traffic to your blog.

other than that, you can also give a try to StartXchange and traffic era which are save and free.
