Selling my grandchild!

Sounds crazy doesn't it ? But my daughter is about to give birth and the father's mother casually told her that she would go to the bank and take out a loan for 10,000 and give it to my daughter if she would give the child up for adoption. I knew she didn't like the idea of her son, at age 20, having a baby being that she has tried continual times to get them to consider abortion. But this is just insane. Not to mention, my daughter is extremely offended.It is like putting a price on her baby! And my grandchild! I just dont know how I am going to retrainm myself the next time around this woman!

That is just awful. I mean, it would be different if your daughter wanted to put the child up for adoption, but trying to pay her to do it. I'm speechless.

yes, if my daughter was thinking about putting her daughter up for adoption is one thing, but she is not. And if she was, she wouldn't do it for money.I know this has ruined the relationship between them.

Good luck to your daughter who is about to give birth to her baby. Your daughter's boyfriend the baby's father is only 20 years old. He must take responsibly for being the baby's father. His mother was wrong for saying she would give your daughter $10,000 if she gets her baby adopted. Well done to your daughter for not having an abortion. I understand that you don't like this woman and she should be pleasant to your daughter.

I can only say that your daughter not deserve a mother,your grandchild is unfortunately have this kind of mother,now your daughter is too young to be taken in to account a lot,but she will regret in the future ,and I'm sure
