Is GroundReport paying anymore?

I have been writing for GroundReport for a long time. It used to pay on time and subsequently the payment slowed down. And currently, it seems to be not paying anymore. I went on to search around the net, but there was no indication by other members who is writing for GroundReport. I like this site because it kind of liberalize journalism, but I slowed down tremendously due to payment issue. Is there anyone out there facing the same problem as me? Cheers.
