Sexy Women Drive Stickshifts

Truth or fiction? On occasion, I hear the opinion that it's sexy for a woman to drive a manual transmission. Hmm... being a longtime female stickshifter, I'll admit I don't really get the correlation. I've never had a guy say to me, "Ooooh, baby! I looove the way you shift that stick!" Hahaha. OK, I jest. But really, I don't get it. You can't hold hands or... umm... other things when your hand is constantly engaged in operation of the vehicle. So enlighten me please. Ladies, do you feel sexy? Guys, do you think it's sexy and if so, why? (Maybe I need to work on a more flirty shoulder roll motion that says 'hey there, big boy' when I throw that baby into gear. *giggling*)

I don't feel sexy, but I feel.. in control, and a little feminist because most women don't seem to know how to drive a stick, and most guys don't expect us to know. It's like fixing cars. Or doing anything else generally associated with manliness. It's cool when girls do it, because it's defying stereotypes that have been set out for us. And I love doing that! But unfortunately I'm horrible at driving a stick. . I prefer my automatic tranny any day!
