These days i m feeling quite down and disorganized, don't know why. can't pick up the mood to do anything, but the less thing got do, the more longly and down i feel.i guess it's coz of muggy weather, in China, we call it boring hot, chinlish.

Whenever i feel down, I read a novel or surf the Internet or watch a movie on my DVD player. Anything just to keep my mind occupied...

Hello Billzehua, Im so sorry you're feeling under the weather right now. Im also dealing with cold weather and here too the lack of sun is making everybody depressed. I dont know if you can find a place with water, maybe a pool or your bathtub will do. Soak in the water and just relax and think of nothing. Then, when you feel a little better, make a list of the things you need to do. Dont try to do it all. Take on one thing at a time. Of course coming here on MyLot usually puts a smile on my face. You know that we're all here for you. Good Luck.

I went to a stressful meeting on Monday and cycling home let me relax. I was able to get rid of all the stress on the way. My route was along the North Downs. The picturesque fields were lovely to see. These days I play some relaxing music. I go for a walk to the beach with my dogs to Sand Bay and Middle Hope. I go up to Sand Point and enjoy the views. There I can consider what the point is and if there is any hope. I go home and hold some of my crystals. I get some energy from them and they are comforting for me. It helps to do clutter clearing and organize space in my home. I like to go out for days to places of interest. Good luck feeling happier. I hope that soon your mood will return to normal.

If i do all the things you did, i bet i would have come back to my energy anyway! Don't know why, as time goes by, i feel more loss from me, loss of passion to find joys in life.

Keep on mylotting, we will really try to lift your spirits. But do not worry, most of us have these off and down days. Luckily it is normal, even if it doesn,t feel good at all. When i feel like that, i go and sit on my hubbies lap and he just have to take all my problems away. He is good at making me feel better, so maybe you should try something like that. Hope you feel better. TATA.

I usually eat something special every time I feel down. Eating is one way for me to let go negative feelings inside. I also try to watch my favorite shows on television in order to divert my attention away from those things which caused me feeling of loneliness. I also go outside and meet some of my friends to enjoy and relieve stress.

Keep coming on MyLot! That always cheers me up. Or hang out with your friends. Try to stay cool. Those are some of the only pieces of advice I have for you. We actually have the opposite problem where I live (Minnesota of the U.S.) - it's FREEZING and it's making everyone depressed.

well for me, i listen to Vocaloid music and songs and close my eyes and then sleep heheh~ but if there is a lot of things to do, like doing reports and projects as a student and many more, i would finish them all off. of course i will watch TV and see what's new on the public, sometimes i play the piano and just go out and look at the cloudy sky and take a lot of air :D
