Get rid of diabetes with the help of excercise

we must do excercise daily these are good for our health like food excercise is also essential for our body, but in todays busy life rarely we do it. excercise play important role to keep our body disease free. it can low our blood pressure, and also decrease the risk of heart disease and we feel fresh after doing excercise. it also control our weight. we can do cycling, water aerobics, swimming, walking etc. God has made our body to work, if we give relax more than work then it comes home of disease so there is need of daily excercise for our body. At least we should do excercise for half an hour daily. if you have any problem or disease then first consult with your doctor about excercise which you should do then go ahead best of luck.

Yes a patients should consult a doctor at first. Exercise is not good for every patients. Like a patients who has a hurt problem they should not exercise. But for diabetes patients exercise is very important. Only the way to maintain the level of diabetes that is exercise of body and also the exercise of food. If a diabetes patients eat 1/3 vegetable of the food and walk 1 hr a day then they don't need insulin. Insulin is harmful for kidney.

dreamnishu you are completely wrong insulin is made in the pancreas in healthy people and protects the kidneys by getting the sugar into the muscle cells where it is needed for proper nutrition. Insulin is not harmful for the kidneys at all.just ask any good diabetes doctor. this is a careless remark and could do harm. you are wrong here.

yes must do exercise to be able to reduce your diabetes cause if got wet it may reduced the amount of sugar in your body.

hi ritika you will get plenty of responses but you are so wrong, exercise is great and all diabetics should do it,but you do not get rid of diabetes by exercises or herb or anything else. get it? Diabetes is a chronic disease.You however can control it with exercise and proper diet and usually also you must take a diabetic medication too. no you cannot get rid of diabetes, once you have it you have it for life. do not tell people this lie for it is a lie. But exercise is very important for us diabetics and for everyone else. So no you could exercise til you drop and you will still have diabetes. do not tell people this as it is not true. but you c an control diabetes with exercise, you are not rid of it, you are just in control of the sugar in your blood,.ask any doctor they will tell you diabetes is a chronic disease.

Thanks Hately to clear my mind here about diabetes, I hope this information is useful for all and will help in future. if we can reduce only then also we must do excercise rather than nothing am i right? i think yes.

you can never really get rid of diabetes, ritika. the disease is irreversible, also degenerative. but you can live a long, happy and productive life if you are able to manage diabetes. that's where the exercise comes in, not excessive, but beginning with moderate cardio-exercises and progressing to build energy. over-exercise is bad for the heart, even to diabetics. also, a good diet helps in managing the disease. plus, of course, regular check ups to monitor your blood sugar level.
