Chocolates!!!!!Yummy!!!!!!!!!! I think that's the first reaction that comes to the mind of any person who comes across this word....But somewhere I heard that having chocolates on a regular basis, though helps sharpening of mind but it leads to hairfall too.......Is it true???HELP ME.........

Hello, well I can't say if it is true or not. But I can say that one day on Dr.Oz he was talking about how eating chocolate once a day can help release stress on females. Also eating dark chocolate can help detox your system some. I know some people think Dr.Oz is a nut but I like his show and I have to say that some of the topics he talks about has helped my health out some. But then again if it does lead to hair loss you can always keep in mind that for every strand of hair you lose you grow 3 more I think it is. The only way to know is by researching it or you could even look up Dr.Oz and ask him. I am sure that if you type in Dr.Oz you should be able to find a website of his. I hope that this helps you out some. Happy Mylotting

i dont know about the sharpening the mind thing but because of high glucose content of the chocolate it makes you wana think all the time like you are not easily tired of thinking cuz glucose is a primary brain food. however if you eat lots of it you'll have to make your brain use it like think a lot cuz if you dont then you'll get fat

I don't know if that is true. My hair is thinner than it used to be but that could just be because I am getting older, but before I went on the diet I am on now I did eat a lot of chocolate. But I don't really think that had anything to do with my hair getting thinner, but now that I am not eating chocolate every day I will see if my hair gets any healthier. Dark chocolate is a lot more healthy than regular chocolate.
