Has anyone tried the Simply Slender Lemonade cleanse? Did it work for you? No?

I have done a natural cleanse a few weeks ago by eating certain natural foods, but I don't think I did as much cleansing of my system as I can. I have seen this advertised and wondered if any of you have tried it? What were your resluts? Were you disappointed? What's the most to spend on this product to make it worth it? Thanks! Bear

My friend has used it and it worked for her. You want to be sure to follow the instructions to the letter. Drink lots of water with it to make sure it cleanses commpletely. Good luck! It is no fun.

I'm not sure I want to go down that road. It doesn't sound pleasant. Thanks for letting me in on the "side" effects!

no fun, eh? hmm. well, I guess true change is never fun. BUT .. if I can get healthy from it, what's a few not so fun trips down that road. Did your friend just do one bottle of it? Thanks for the advice and sharing!! Bear

It does help but the quantity taken by us with recommended amount might not taken by us fully. My experienced with organic vegetable powder with all the required type of natural foods and dosage recommended really work. One week without solid food just that vegetable powder. I feel fresh, energetic, skin looks better after lots of smelly discharged. Detoxification is the word. To drink 8 classes of water daily is essential.

I am working on trying to get a lot of water down me! Fruits and veggies also! I did pick up an over the counter pysillium product. We'll see how that goes.

Being a health educator, I must caution you against these cleansing procedures.Losing too much weight too fast is a bad idea it can effect your health.Make sure you consult your Dr before undergoing any diet plan. In response to your original question no I have not tried this product.

Hi Bearballew, I don't have any idea about this. but if this is really a good cleansing way i would like to try it. but of course, this product will surely cost a lot...expensive really. eating fruits and taking more water will be more practical and economical friend.

No, it sounds funky. And i don,t think i can spend most of the day, you know where. I think you should just try normal freshly squeezed fruit juice. It sounds more healthy and natural. TATA.

It sounded natural, but you never know. I haven't done enough research to know what the "other" ingredients are. I would love to do fresh sqeezed..it's just SOOO expensive to buy fruit here. Thanks for sharing! Bear
