Music helps me to sleep. When I can't sleep I listen to mellow songs, I know a specific radio station that I can trust with that. But when I know i will already be give in to my sleep, I turn off the radio or my MP4, mostly I use my MP4 when I can't sleep. Piano and violin musical instrument that are in a specific songs makes me fall as sleep. That is mainly the reason why I fall asleep whenever there is a mellow song. During day time I listen to music that keeps me awake and during night, I listen to mellow song that can helps me to fall asleep.

Yes, listening to mellow music can help me get to sleep. Music soothes and relaxes so it really helps to have music playing while we try to go to sleep.

I'd like to listen to some light music when it's hard for me to fall asleep, but do remember to turn the volum down a little bit, or it will do harm to our ears.

Yes, soft melodic music helps me fall asleep. There are also the ones that have the binaural beat that's quite hypnotic that I sometimes use.
