Do you learn about using computer at school or course?

I learned more when i attended some seminars and trainings rather than to my school lol. Although my course is related with computer, But you will learn more from the job or When you are reading and surfing over the Internet as well.

I've learned first about computer through self learning.. I am the type of person who likes exploring and learning new stuffs on my own.. when I graduated high school I decided to take up Bachelor of Science in Information Technology to widened my knowledge in computer.. ^^ take care and happy mylotting

I learned computer at my college time.there were not much courses when we did our college then as now.And there was no windows at all by that time.we have to write our own programs for our needs.Now,we all are using just application sides of the computer.Just playing on some others ground.

I never learned computer through a course. One of my friends helped me to learn the basics of computer. I learned computer as a paper along with my BS, but it was only theory and I never get to use computer. I passed that exam by memorizing some computer programs. Now, I get to use computer and I have a computer at home. Computer courses were very expensive at that time.

i think i learn more about computer from my college. and i more learn detail by books and learn it myself.

When computer first came out, it was XT 8088 processor. I wasn't impressed at all :p Then AT 286 came out, still I wasn't impressed. I don't like the black green and black white color of the screen. Until one day I saw my friend played King's Quest IV if I'm not mistaken, the graphics was so good, the sound was also good. The game made me attracted to find out about the PC, it was an AT 386 processor. I bought the game and many more PC games, and also a PC. As we all know, games need more hardware than other software. It made me learn about hardware, and when I want to play a multiplayer game, it made me learn about LAN. Now, I'm an IT staff responsible of network and security in my company thanks to games :)

we took up basic computer handling in high school... now, my sisters are taking up on website making and designing using html and java... they rarely tackle on the basics anymore.... they deal with the complexities already.. hahaha

For me, we did learn some computer courses at school. But only very basic and easy ones. I gain most of the computer knowledge by myself, through much experience. And practice makes perfect. Have a nice day!

yes i same with you Zhizou I learn computer outodidact.but if i have some problem and i not understand for any program i ask to my friend or search to other computer forum.ecause i dont have more time for course.with computer forum we can share about computer that we dont know

I learn about computer in school, not special courses, just simple English lesson. They want us to expose to the computer initially. Then later on, they use computer to let us do mathematics on them. I had fun lessons doing that when I was first exposed to computers.

I have learn some basics during my high school.. & many other applications during my college., I can say that almost all my know how in computer came from a course because, I have a lot of time in school than at home..
