 Dieting is a big contribution to losing weight, but its just one part of the picture. You must incorporate routine exercise even at least 3x a day... eat healthier. Prefer veggies and fruits over chips and sweets
And dont get impatient... contrary to gaining weight, losing weight requires quite a lot of time, effort and sacrifices... |

 Fruits and veggies are healthy foods, i believe. They mostly comprises of water. And when we eat them, though we eat a lot of them,we would get enough fiber plus more water and get stuffed and feel full easily. And since its mostly water, we get hydrated as well.... |

 I prefer sleeping with dim lights on... well, i do admit that i am afraid of darkness but my reason for sleeping with dim lights is because i dont want waking up in the middle of the night and cant see nothing.. hehe |
