I don't like buffets because I LOVE them! hahaha! I'm a kind of person who really enjoy eating -- i enjoy it so much! hahaha.. even though i eat and eat, i do not get fat! so happy! I had an experience that I ate 5 rices in Tokyo Tokyo (japanese fastfood) + sumo meal! haha. Do you know the 'steam boat'? we had a buffet there and it was so good. i ate many ice cream of different flavors hahahaha

Most testy foods are harmful to heath. If you are health conscious then you have to sacrifice with the favorite food. The needs of the body is differed with the taste of the tongue. If some one of them is satisfied then other is dissatisfied.

Hi! thanks for the response. you have a point but I think it's harmful if you are eating them everyday. however in my case I'm just eating in a buffet during special events or occasion.

There was a time when I would say that I don't like buffets because I don't eat so much in one seating. But that no longer holds true! Haha. My favorite buffet, in fact the only one I go to, would be the Kamayan-Saisaki-Dad's buffet. My favorite would be the sushi/sashimi table! If only for that, it's worth the money :)

Oh you should definitely try it! Do not have a snack before you go, Lol. Take it slow, have a good conversation while eating, and just go back to the buffet every once in a while.

I enjoy buffets. The spread is quite large and we can gorge ourselves to our hearts content. Here most hotels offer buffet at lunch and the rates are reasonable compared to ala carte. The variety of desserts on offer is also many and the quality good too.

yes you're right that we can gorge ourselves to our heart's content since eating in a buffet is no limit at all plus as you've said there's variety of foods served in a buffet. I'm curious if the buffet you've tried has a policy of eat all you can but no leftovers? there are some restaurants that offer buffet but with this terms.

Here all the restaurants offer buffet on condition that we eat there. They don't allow us to take left over food home. Here we are allowed to take our pick and to our hearts content but we aren't allowed to take home.

I love buffets! But its always to my disadvantage! I do not have a huge appetite! So am not able to cover the cost of the buffet! Yeah I sure enjoy the variety! and the pretty desserts they have in store during the later 'stages'!

I agree with you, I don't ever feel like I am getting my money's worth from the buffet. Even with two boys 8 & 10, they do not eat their monies worth either. We have a family owned restaurant in our town, and they have a small buffet on Friday's we will eat there from time to time, the cost is only $28.00 for a family of four. But even that we do not eat a whole lot. My youngest will eat maybe two chicken legs and that is it.

at least you love buffets! that's good to hear that we both love buffets! hehe! But in my case, when I'm eating in a buffet, it's really worth the price. Every cents that I paid for the food are worth it! I have a huge appetite thanks for the response

I sure do! I love buffets! As a matter of fact, I have just eaten at a buffet restaurant yesterday. But what I hate about it is that after eating too much, I feel guilty from eating soooo much. I always get to ruin my diet.

We made the mistake of going to one we had never been to before last night and it was horrible. All the food just seemed grossed and the price was way too much. It just wasn't worth it. We hardly eat out anymore, and now I know why. I like a good buffet, however the one last night made me want to stay away from them for a while.

Yes, I do love buffets only when I have the appetite for them. And the mood to eat. I have been to several buffets before. I enjoy going to dinner buffets. I feel like I am eating healthier than I would be if I would eat from a fast food restaurant.

I love eating at buffets, my favorite is Ryans. Thats the only time I ever eat desert. But, in the small town in Tennessee where I am living, two weeks ago they closed Ryans. I have no idea why, but it sure is disappointing.

I love buffet because I can have my own choice food among all the food. I can take the quantity as my wish. Also it help to save the food because some one can know how he is going to eat and that much he takes

I like buffets, because I enjoy eating many different kinds of dishes. When there is a buffet I get the chance to eat many different kinds of food and I find that interesting especially if it is an international restaurant with many dishes that I have never tried before. I don't eat a lot, but I like to eat just a little bit of everything. But of course it depends what kind of buffet it is, I have been to a few places are the food was cold instead of hot, where the salad didn't look very delicious and things like that, and sometimes buffets is a disappointment, but most of the time I like buffets.

I enjoy buffets but only when it is in moderation. I don't like to visit them on a regular basis because of the fact that I will go overboard and be miserable after eating at a buffet. There are really only three different types of buffet around her and I would say that we visit one and average of every other month. The thing that I really like about them is that there is something for everyone so I never have to hear anyone complain about what is for dinner.

everything should be in moderation, not too much, not too less. I agree with you that we should do it in the average. honestly I just go to a buffet if there's a special event or occasion.

I don't really like buffet because I'm not the type who eat many types of food at one time. If i eat rice, I only pick 2 types of side dishes, and don't bother to eat or try the other servings on the buffet table. it will be a waste for me too.

thanks for the response. i'm just curious, have you ever tried eating in a buffet? what does it feel? hehe... I get your point. I think if I'm not enjoying eating different types of food, probably I won't like it as well.
