Can you share your deepest secrets with your mylot friends?

Hi mutpal,what you say is true, members interact and make friends here.Some of them have been here for years and have known all the ups and downs here and made friends, shared all their problems etc; I think it depends on the individual as to how much she/he is willing to open up to others.It also depends on the situation at hand, and how lonely,desperate, sad the person is feeling , in which case it is better to share it with someone and why not with friends here who one interacts on a daily basis.I too have made discussions with some personal issues, but I may not want to discuss certain issues that i consider private....all the best and have a nice weekend

I can share my emotional issues here, but I cannot say that I already can give my deepest secrets. For real, i don't have a deepest secret, I don't know in the future. I can only share my problems, because my reason is I want to received adviced from our mylot friends. I want to have many options and the best option is always my best response. I can share my problems, but about the trust I can't really do say. We are all virtual friends here and I guess somehow we are honest of giving our views, it is not like that we are gossiping someone or spreading a humor about them, I haven't experienced that kind.

..hi.. I had been sharing personal and emotional issues here.. I think its only in this site where I got real friends.. Atleast here, nobody will ever spread rumors about me since we only knew each other on line.. and I have been given great advices that helped me get through my problems.. Had i not known this site, I should have no one to turn to.. I have my own circle of friends that I can see personally but I still chose to confide here.. And I will continue doing that because I feel that I really belong here.. I feel that I am a family everytime I enter the site.. I feel at home..

Yes. I could share my emotional issues with my friends in mylot. Mylotters are very friendly, and they usually make me feel warm and comfortable. Sometimes, when I have some trouble in life, I will ask mylotters for help, and I will always get some comfort. Have a nice day!

hi, well i should say this is really a different topic..i am not sure because we have all kinds of people in mylot.. sop we need to be very close to them to know them and decide whether i is safe to reveal our details and secrets to some onbe from here... cheers...

yes, i can if that person is really thrust worthy to me. but i have a friend like that to home i share my each and every moment and all my views she is very good and understanding i require a friend like this who can remain trust worthy.

Hi mutpal!^^ Yes, I can freely tell some of my secrets here at myLot and I won't have to worry about it. I've actually been doing it ever since I joined myLot. I am not afraid to share here some personal things about me since there's still this anonymity that exists here in myLot. I mean, we are not forced here to detail all our personal information, we can use usernames and put a different picture and myLot won't ban us for it. And I think that this anonymity is good because people can freely express their feelings and share what they think with others without having to worry about being judged or being discovered by someone who knows them in real life. In short, we can hide our true identity and we it is our own choice whether to share that true identity to others. As for me, I have made friends here to whom I have shared my true identity and vice versa, because I have felt that they are true to their words, they are sincere and honest persons.^^

Generally I am an open book for all. So everyone can read me. But in my life there are some deepest secrets. But I can not share the secrets with Mylot friends. I share only with my best friends........

sorry to say but no i don't share some of my personal secrets in our community, i don't wanna have regrets so it's better to keep it by myself..

There is a lot about me, I don't share in public, and some of it I don't share online. Unless I feel I can truly trust someone online, they never get any personal information out of me, such as address, phone number, etc. I teach this to my nieces and nephews whenever they use my computer, because you never know who is using the Internet to stalk someone. However, when it comes to telling someone a hidden secret about me, such as when I was a kid I wanted a dog so bad I behaved like one for quite a while. When I got older, I would get bored and stir up the neighborhood dogs by barking my head off. And when I actually owned dogs, I behaved like them to entice them to play or become "leader" of their pack. Now my dogs today act like dogs but think they're human. And the cat acts like a cat, but thinks she's a dog. Confused? We were too at first, but then we got used to it after a while.

we can share some personal things in mylot but i dont think that we can share some secret things in mylot . maybe we can do it as if we have not done it and somebody has done it . we cant straight away say our secrets here at mylots because someone very close may be here and they could know about it . other wise we can share things there is nothing wrong in that

yes ....its kind of family....tats why everyone shares theirpersonal issue with everyone their by thinking that their might b someone who is also facing same kind of problemm....tats why i respect my lot users than social nteworking sites, which is of no use.....so dudue best of all to all the users.....

well, that's depend on what is the type of the secret. forexample, i can't tell secrets of my friends bcoz that really hurt them, also work secrets, all type of secrets which r forbidden to tell. otherwise i can tell secrets which r not dangerous or causes hurt or damages to anyone.

I believe it depends on how you approach the issue and how you put the issue across for your partner to understand..though we may imperfect and have differing ideas and emotions, but its good to share the right issue and things with the right people at the right timing^^

Yes I can. In fact most of the time I find it easier to share secrets here compared to sharing them with real life friends / family who know me personally from head to toe. It feels less awkward to be sharing most of the serious stuff I'd like to talk about. So generally that's how I feel. But not all topics are advisable to be discussed here as there are (a few) exceptions too that I have in mind, and those are probably the ones that no one here in mylot would ever be able to relate to.

Hi! Personally, I am a very open and honest person. I don't think it's good to hold things inside and find myself sharing more about myself to anyone than most people do. With close friends, you may share something about yourself and get an understanding or judgmental response--depending on how well you chose these friends. With online friends, secrets come out easier and judgments are easier to take. You don't have to look in their eyes when you admit something--plus, most likely, you don't know these online people in your everyday life. Your secrets and words won't find their way somewhere else and all contorted.

In a certain sense, I am much more comfortable with sharing my deepest secrets with the members of mylot than I am with sharing them with people that I actually know in my day to day life. The reason that I feel this way is that being online, there is a certain sense of anonymity that we don't have with the people that we regularly encounter during our lives. I think that in an online situation we are far less likely to be judged.

yes sure why not, if thats the only way that will lessen your burden then ill go for it. thats the reason why i didnt invite my friends here lol. though i told them about mylot but they dont know what id i use here so they will not know. i've been tried to tell most of my story here asking for advise. those comments from members will help a lot to lift up my heart and go on with my life.

I don't really have any secrets but if I did I think I would feel comfortable sharing them on MyLot. Probably because we don't really know each other. There is only one of my friends that I really know, and she knows everything about me anyway. I have read a few discussions from people that are having problems, and it seems they get helpful responses. I wouldn't give my phone number or any information like that to anyone on-line but I don't think that's the kind of info you were talking about.
