Have you ever had tacos for Breakfast?

My husband loves breakfast burritos, and one time I didn't have enough tortillas for both of us, so I decided to try taco shells for myself instead. (My husband hates hard taco shells, so it was just for me.) Anyway, I put scrambled eggs with shredded chedder cheese, hash browns, and whatever meat I have available (sausage, ham, bacon, cut up hot dog, turkey). They are SO good! I've never eaten a breakfast taco at an actual restaurant though. I've eaten the Cheesy Bacon BK Wrapper from Burger King though, and that's also very good. Yummy! Now I'm hungry!

Quite often on Friday, (which is bike-club day) we seniors from Alamo Palms RV Park will bike out to Breakfast. We don't go far, or fast, because some of us are close to ninety. If we are going through downtown Alamo we sometimes have a police escort,to get us through the lights and busy intersections. The police love this almost as much as we do! They park the police cruiser in the center of the intersection and stop all the traffic until we get past! What a Blast! The chosen Restaurant has been warned that there will be 50 or 60 members of our club arriving for breakfast. They buy extra eggs and put on more staff. I always order a Breakfast Taco. My favorite is egg and bacon with lots of fresh, raw, hot sauce. Alamo is a suburb of McAllen Texas, USA.

Hi. jah. I could not say that I have never had tacos before for breakfast. I know that I might have had. I love beef on my taco. I also buy them from Taco Bell. I may eat this taco because it was left over from yesterday.
