Why do you have religion?

Why do you have religion? is it because it was passed by your parents, or it because almost everyone has religion? or do you need have one?

I have a religion because I feel an inner need to find a way to worship God acceptably. My religion is a system of how I worship God. I chose my own religion. The one my parents had was disappointing to me. I saw too many corrupt things happening in it and these things were tolerated. I could not accept it so I moved on.

You're right. Even if we are not follow the religion of our parents still we have the right to choose our own religion. Because religion tend to show us the meaning of human existence and it marks us the human encounter with God.thanks for your comments and have a nice day ahead. God Bless.

Yeah, you believe in God but in what way? for me, it's okay if there are people who didn't believe in religion because we all know that religion can help us in order to minimize our sins because religion guide us in a good way. thanks for your comments and have a nice day. god bless
