What can you say about this Conditional Respect or just being greedy?

Just heard lately a relative of mine's behavior toward her mother. The father passed away years ago & the mother is left with half of the body paralayzed. We relatives are just shocked because her behavior or treatment towards her mother is shocking. She did not even help her mother's expenses even if she is really rich & can afford its because she is afraid that the mother will share with her borther the money. The Brother is unemployed with two kids & she did not even give a cent to help her with the medication because she is afraid that the mother will share it with the brother. She will not even bring bread because of the same reason. Can you imagine that situation? My God if I were her & I don't like to share with my brother then I will give in kind the medicines the salary for the care givers. If this happen to you will you do the same as she did? What do you think about her reaction? Anybod is free to give your opinion.

How can she be so heartless towards her mother? Already her brother is unemployed and it is evident that he cannot provide for his mother. If she also does not provide, who will take care of her mother's expenses, more so when she is paralysed? She need not give money in hand. She can as well take her mother to her house and take care of her. Otherwise she can buy medicines, food and other requirements to her. She will answer for her sins.

hi happy If that had happened to me I would be caring for my mom, and trying to help her as much as I could. I think she is a very selfish
person who only thinks of herself and nobody else. I would do whatever I could with whatever money I had, your mother is so special as without her you wou ld not even be here.
