I would rent the bedrooms for females only. The main reason is that I feel much better with female then male in my place.
I would rather search with friends first. People always know someone who is looking for place to stay.

No, not if it will improve my financial situation: However, I will verify personal references and criminal background before renting out (though I am aware that such is not a guarantee of anything). Just be careful. Good-luck!

lonely hi If I were in that wonderful a situation and had three bedrooms to rent of course,why not, why be scared? rent them to three working women whom give you good credentials,check them then rent to them. It would be an excellent way to make some extra money and it wou ld help you with all your bills. I would be allfor it.

that's what i thought but my kids having a fit and i don't see why but i can't see why 3 business woman wouldn't like to come home to a home cooked meal everynight but i will not do there lanudry or clean up theri rooms.and it would sure give me someone to talk to instead of the walls.thanks for being on my side.
