Hi mukherjee! There are many alternatives for paypal. But you have money in your paypal account and you want to withdraw it to your bank account then you just need to wait for a couple of days. PayPal says it will enable the transfer of funds from paypal to bank account. You can visit the paypal official blog for the update on that issue. Happy Mylotting!

Just to let you all know that paypal will take a lot of time to resolve this issue. The problem has to be resolved by mtlot by giving us the option to redeam our payments through other sources. Guys this is somthiing for mylot adminstrtion to think about if the wnt this website to continue they need to give us options and if they want to close then it is useless to even write even crap.but sisnce they know that their income is bsed on us writtng fresh content theen they will think about us.

@Amithprashar This is what Paypal blog says: When will personal payments be turned back on? The regulators recently let PayPal know about revised licensing rules that we are now actively engaged in securing. Personal payments to and from India will be suspended for at least a few months until we fully resolve the questions from the Indian regulators. When will local bank withdrawals be available? Customers should be able to withdraw their funds to a local bank within the next few days. In the meantime, we’re going to restore the money into the PayPal accounts of any customers in India who have initiated a recent withdrawal, so they know that the money is safe in their accounts. Customers will also be reimbursed for any withdrawal fee charges. So bank transfer might resume in a few days. And the personal transaction issue can take months to get resolved.

if you want change your payment processor site you can find other ones...may eb before joining you can control that accept users from india..there are some others as alertpay or moneybookers are good payment processors as quite equal to paypal..or evn netteller for example!! surely you can't transfer money in different networks so transfer money between paypal and alertpay so you must withdraw your money on paypal on your bank account and afterthat you can open a new on on othe rpayment processor like paypal!!

I think "LAMB" is right. And for Alertpay they don't allow bank transfer to the Indian Members. They bank wire which has charge of $15.And how can we transfer funds from paypal to liberty reserve or money bookers? The exchanger sites are real?????

smukherjee_on_line, It is not as bad as it seems. There's a lot of corrective implementations already and once PayPal has fulfill your country regulator's revised licensing rules. In their official blog, Anuj from the comms team quoted: Customers should be able to withdraw their funds to a local bank within the next few days. In the meantime, we’re going to restore the money into the PayPal accounts of any customers in India who have initiated a recent withdrawal, so they know that the money is safe in their accounts. Customers will also be reimbursed for any withdrawal fee charges. Hope this will help and answer your questions here. Ref: https://www.thepaypalblog.com/

Thanks for reply... Ya I saw it... But they also said that they will take few months to resolve the personal payments to and from Indian people. That means we will not receive any money from any sites. Because generally most of the sites send money as personal payment. If all the sites starts paying through business payment then we will able to receive money after extracting a little amount of fees.............

smukherjee_on_line, You are welcome. At the moment, I feel everyone in your country and the administrators around the world are concern and looking forward to a progress with the current problem. As this is a regulatory issue and Paypal being an online payment processor will have to see if they could accede to the regulations stipulated by your authorities. The elapsed time is necessary and understandable because both sides have different agendas which requires some compromise and maybe changes on the part of your regulators. Just the thought that there's some negotiations going on should be a comfort and the least we can do is sit and wait for an outcome which hopefully will be a positive one. On the hindsight, I wonder if it is at necessary for your regulators to come down onto Paypal when the rest of the world just DOES NOT have an or any issue to begin with? Some insensitivity on your regulator's part? I just wonder.
