I think we need a holiday wrapped around love. There is s e x everywhere, but one focused on love. I used to think it was over rated, but now I am older and appreciate when someone shows my love. Not everyone gets that.Yes, we should still celebrate our friends, children and hunnies!

nowadays, there is a thin line between love and s e x, unfortunately. some couples see this day as a day to physically engage each other. i agree that there should be a day specifically for expression of love. there must be some other ways and promotions of love. besides, there exists a commercialization of this day of love. i hate to equate this day with costs. but it costs some amount to do fashionable expression of love.

I think Valentine's day play a significant role to all couples who are about to embark in the world of Romeo and Juliet. What has been started should continue to be celebrated. I wish everyone a happy Valentine's day today.
