Do you fast during lent

Some of them i know skip non-veg some fast during the lent season, but i really believe fasting can be done anyday, during the lent is also fine, butwhat is really important is to lead a life that pleases god rather than give up eating that does not do anything, butgiving up a life that god does not like, lying cheating etc but leading a life that makes god happy doing his will is what is expected of us

i dont do fasting.. but i do abstain.. i dont eat meat during lent.. i only eat fruits, veggies and fish.. anyway we can do our own sacrifices for lent.. anyway god will appreciate anything that we do..

I think you are right! God think loves a sincere and true life and for there to be love in our heart toward our fellow person. Fasting's good for underlining a prayer in time of someone's emergency and also helps to purify us a little.. I think we will lead a better life and be a better person if we spend lots of time pursuing God and speaking/praying to him and listening for him..
