does fruits necessary to you?

yeah, it is necessary cause it gives some vitamins specially those oranges and necessary also to have one each day eaten to make us healthy and it gives the amount of energy and protection for us not get sick or have an illness. some of us prefer not to eat due to allergy and some of us do not eat cause of the smell, we should think that these fruits were given to us for some reason and some reason we know and other we don't know, the most important thing is we need to eat fruits for us get helthier in daily living. does fruits mean to you??? happy lotting...

Yes,I love fruits and it is a part of my daily meals.We need to eat fruits because it helps to make our body strong and healthy.There are lots of benifits in eating fruits because fruits are rich in vitamins c,fibers and and antioxidants.

fruits can eliminate fatigue or tired and give new energy to our body as energizer. Content in fruits is full almost all the vitamins in it. Protect the skin from the sun and keep the body healthy. But should never be mixed with the different taste because it is not good for your stomach to digest food.

not really, i mean life can still be complete even if we dont eat fruit a day. though of course if we can have one then we must eat as fruits contains natural sugar and rich in fiber to avoid constipation. they are also rich in vitamins thats very helpful in our body.

Fruit is necessary to me, and should be for everybody They contain such immense nutritious value and are key to a balanced diet. Eating fruit is what helps keep my body feeling great, fit and healthy

You said it well Icekeeper. Fruits are essential for us. Whether we like it or not, it will only benefit us health wise. If one person is allergic to some fruits, i guess not all fruits would do him or her harm right? All of us need these natural foods. They are created in a special way that can give us health and even cure some diseases we do have. Scientifically proven, fruits are important in our daily lives. The fruits I do like are grapes, oranges and bananas. They are rich in vitamins and are good anti oxidant which we all need to combat free radicals and carcinogens that we get from the environment or lifestyle that we are now living.

eating fruits is good for our health. it keeps us healthy and add fibres to our diet. besides fruits are packed with vitamins and minerals. you can eat the fruits raw, cooked or juice it. fruit juice is easily absorbed and it perks us up faster. fruits can be cut into cubes and made in salads like mangoes, pineapples, apples, guavas, strawberries and pears, just to mention a few.fruits like pineapples can be cooked and made into pineapple jam. you can make pineapples curry and also make pineapple rice.pineapple tarts is a favourite cookie/ biscuits. there are many ways to consume fruits. lets be adventureous with fruits.

Yes! Fruits are necessary for me. I find it very important in our diet. I see to it that I have fruits in my cart when I go to the grocery store. In my family, eating fruits is a must. Bananas in my country are very cheap so we usually have that on the table. No matter what kind of fruit you eat, as long as you eat one that would be enough already.

Yes, It's necessary after the having my lunch every day my mom forced me to have some fruits and tell me that it's very necessary for our health.
