Advices to get weight?

hi there people, i'ma a skinny boy, i weight only 49 kg and i'm 1,74 meters, i need to improve my mass, i eat a lot of things like meat eggs and other things like them, i eat all the day like 4 persons but i can't get weight, i'm always hungry. I tryed a lot of trainig but i become only more strong. i would like to improve my weight. any advices people? do you have the same problem? or the opposite one?

I had the same problem when I was a girl. I was very healthy but it bothered other people to see me so skinny. So I tried everything to fatten up (except for one thing, as one idiotic doctor told me to have a baby and that would fix it--well to my mind that is not a good reason to have kids!) I think what worked best for me, though was drinking soy milk. I love regular milk but for some reason it keeps me slim. I love soy milk, too, but that has the opposite effect ;-) But everyone said that there would come a time when the weight would just stay on naturally, and that I would wish I could take it off! Well, I don't know about that last part, but after I turned forty, I did start looking a little less emaciated, and people started laying off. When I turned fifty the weight started staying on faster and longer and finally it got to the point where I said, OK, that is enough, so I switched back from soy milk to cow's milk. So now I think I am just right -- that would be skinnier than a lot of people but big enough to stand up to a bully!

Well, the only other thing I would reccomend is to buy multi-mass. I used to have your problem too when I was about 19. I bought some multi-mass, and a load of cheap meat and used to fill myself up on both of these each day. You will gain weight in no time If you really want to gain weight, I would reccomend hitting them Big Macs and filling yourself up on fast-food. Seriously, it's the only way to really fill yourself out. But you'd have to make sure to get your body healthy again afterwards I suppose
