hi there people, everyone has a favourite recipe that we love to cook and obviously to eat, i know a lot of recipes and my favourite is pastre. i liek to make it in night, because this recipe requires a lot of time to be ready, after every "tirata" we have to put it on hte fridge for another half hour, and this must be repeated 6 times. I like to cook little pizzas and other things with this. And what about you? what's your favourite recipe? Thank you for your responses :)

Hello codris :) I just love cooking! especially when there's someone to eat with me :) I'm really happy that my friends and my family enjoy dinners at my house as well, which encourages me to cook more and more and try new recipies all the time. So I can't even think about one recipe that would be my favourite. I love eating fish, so this should be one of my fish recipes.

Yes, like you my favourite meal or recipe has to be pasta and I cook spaghetti bolognese every weekend on a Sunday and I really make sure that I pile the spaghetti on to the plate so it's almost falling off the rim! Pasta is very good for you in anycase and that is why I tend to eat a lot of it. The good thing is it's easy to cook and there isn't much in the way of washing up afterwards! I think to have it more than once per week would be a bit much for me. That's life. Andrew

I have lots of favorite dishes to cook. The most easiest for me to prepare is Chicken Adobo and Sinigang. On pasta, what I do like to prepare is Fettucini Carbonara. And for my hubby, I always cook him Chicken Curry or Fish Curry with Chapatti. Me and hubby exchange recipes since his dad is a chef, he is also a good cook. If it is his off day, he is my chef and I allow him in the kitchen, i only help him prepare the things needed for the recipe. I also like to prepare salads and desserts like fruit salad, green veggie salad and more. It is really fun to be cooking and preparing food together, it's also our bonding moments.

I like cooking pasta especially with spinach. But unfortunately right now I can't eat something with tomato sauce and paste due to my gurd. I also like cooking lemon chicken and I've tried to marinate it within one day. It taste good and I really like the lemon juice on chicken. I just need to have a better improvement in order to make it more juicier.

Oh my, I have so many! But little pizzas are certainly near the top of the list as I grind a little flour (usually oats and other whole grain cereal groats) up fresh in my counter top blender and add flax seeds and other goodies and knead it up and put the dough in the refrigerator and later take out a little at a time to roll out and sprinkle with pecorino and/or olives and bits of onion and pepper and tomato and some seasonings (fennel, rosemary, garlic). I guess you would call that Focaccia, but sometimes I also add mozzarella and a sauce, so then it is pizza, no? It is just so nice to have it baking up fresh in the oven every day.

my favorite is "kare-kare". i guess more filipinos really love this one. to make this recipe, people choose as the main ingredient, between pork, or ox tail or internal meat. it includes a lot of vegetables like pechay, eggplant, banana sprout, string beans. the sauce needs some ground peanut, actually lots of it to make the soup sticky. and the best part of kare-kare is what we call "bagoong", salted shimps to taste the main recipe, kare-kare.

Hello! I love to cook, every day! Maybe I come home very tired after a full day, but I'm always ready to prepare the dinner. I like to cook (and eat!) meat or soup, especially with vegetables (for example carrots or potatoes). I like to put cheese into my soup, and often also pepper or something like that. I'd like to have more time to learn new recipes, maybe also difficult ones! Other things that I like to prepare for me and my family, is cakes and bisquites! My last cake was the "mega-muffin", a chocolate cake very similar to a muffin (I mean, ingredients and preparation), but as big as a cake. It was soft, with puzzles of chocolate inside. An other dessert that I prepare when I want something to have for breakfast, are the "butter bisquits", no surprise that the main role is for the butter!

I love to cook and love to eat. And thanks God, I have many people around me who love to eat as well. So I can make loads of different food all the time. But my all time favorite is Beef in the oven with carrots, parsnip, banana, peach, plums and pears on the top. So the vegetables and the fruits are roasted together with the meat. Yumyumyum:) And if someone put some black pepper on the top it would be the best food on the world:P But don't forget to put some olive oil on the beef before you put it in the oven, otherwise it's gonna be the same than the bottom of your shoes:P
